Louie is an enthusiastic and grateful practitioner of yoga. She has shared this passion with others for a good thirty five years, as a teacher and a mentor. When creativity and intelligence in each person becomes part of our practice, our work together flourishes in meaningful ways. Louie believes that this development of a humble, curious, inner authority is at the heart of the incomprable teachings of B.K.S Iyengar and his lineage.

A general abilities workshop, any students with injuries or sensitive conditions, of any kind, need to first connect with Louie prior to registering. The workshop is on the second floor, up a set of stairs.
